BEAUTY : 4 Face Masks To Go For

When it comes to face masks, I get very particular about what I’m choosing for and if it breaks me out or not etc… you know stuff like that. For someone with sensitive skin, I almost can’t do any facial without getting my face swell up the next day. It gets quite frustrating. I mean you spend quite an amount to look good, only to end up looking like you got stung by a bee the whole afternoon. Lol. Basically that’s me and the outcome of facial but there is one place where I would go again if I’m in need of any TLC for my face. It is called Skin Inc, their brand has been known to many ladies out there already. They have a few types of facials to go for and I’m loving it so far. Skin Inc also have their own products too, typically best known for their customize serums.

So my next ideal TLC is to just choose the right mask and do it at home. Positive side? I do it whenever i feel like my skin is calling out for help.

Here’s my top 4 favorites so far!

Origins mask

Origins, Clear Improvement – Active charcoal mask to clear pores

BEST EVER. Ok I just LOVE this mask, it works like a charm for me! Whenever I feel like I’m going to break out, i just apply it right away and voilà nothing to worry about. This charcoal mask is meant to draw out deep-dwelling pore-cloggers. For maximum effect, use a hot cloth to open pores and apply the mask for at least 10 minutes.

Effaclar Mask

La Roche-Posay – Effaclar Unclogging Purifying Sebo Controlling Mask, Anti Shine

My second go to if i want a mask that unclogs my pores. It does what it says but in my opinion if i were to compare it with the Origins charcoal mask, this will work too but in a more subtle way. If you are worried that some clay mask are too harsh on your skin. This one is perfect for you.

Skin Inc – Facial in a flash mask ; Soothe in purify, Lines be gone, Get Glowin’ (Bento set)

I mentioned above about Skin Inc, so not only can they do facial for you but they have this multi-mask that you can do at home, at your own convenience. I bought this a couple of months back at Sephora and i love it. I think they did a great job in this hydrogel multi-mask, they come in top and bottom halves. It is infused with Skin Inc Signature Serums Vitamin A, B3 or C. So if parts of your face is feeling dull, dry or breaking out, this mask allows you to mix and match.

Tatcha – Violet-C Radiance Mask

The first time i apply this mask, i thought i had yam on my face. Such cute colour (its purple) for a mask! I got this at Sephora New York awhile back. Not gonna lie but I was just browsing around the store and bam! Sold by the pretty packaging… such a sucker for that. Anyway, besides the pretty outlook I like how it performs on my skin. It is an anti-aging mask packed with Japanese beautyberry, 2 types of Vitamin C and AHAs from 7 fruits. It brightens up my skin and feels a lot smoother after. I use it whenever my face needs a perk up!

Leave me a comment if you like to share any of your favourite masks!

Enjoy your TGIF people! xx
